• Residence preference (Bedsitter, 1-Bedroom, Twin Beds, or 2-Bedroom Home)
• Number of adult and child guests

Zero Financial Risk & No Credit Card Storage

We operate a transparent, zero-risk booking model:

• We never ask for, process, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials on our servers.
• All payments are settled directly upon arrival via official Kenyan mobile money (M-Pesa Buy Goods Till / Paybill) or physical cash after you have arrived and inspected your accommodation.

How Your Information is Used

Your details are used strictly for hospitality operational purposes:

• Transmitting your automated WhatsApp check-in itinerary and gate access instructions.
• Managing housekeeping schedules between arriving and departing parties.
• Complying with statutory guest registration requirements mandated by local administration and the Tourism Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Kenya.
• We never sell, lease, monetize, or disclose your contact details to third-party marketing companies.

On-Premises Security & CCTV Monitoring

To guarantee guest safety and vehicle security:

• Our compound is guarded 24/7 by physical security personnel.
• External CCTV cameras monitor perimeter fences, gate access points, and vehicular parking areas only.
• Zero cameras exist inside any private apartment, bedroom, bathroom, or living area. Your indoor residence remains completely private.

Data Retention & Your Rights

In accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019), you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold regarding your stay, or to request deletion of your record from our guest ledger following departure.
